After being separated from Shield Knight by Charlotte, Shovel Knight finds himself stranded in a strange wasteland alongside Cuphead, while other heroes from different worlds are drawn into the same mysterious realm; Madeline, Badeline, the Knight, and Frisk. As the strangers’ paths increasingly intersect, allies and enemies are made amid the chaos and confusion.
