Officer Daly is a rookie on the beat who is eager to be the best cop on the force. Attractive, sexy and headstrong, Daly is chastised by her fellow officers. But when their station becomes threatened by possible shut down the stations Sergeant orders his officers to take a more aggressive approach to gaining citations.
