In the far future, the all-female crew of the spaceship Asteria conducts a top-secret scientific mission across the galaxy. After failing to communicate with Earth for three long months, the ship mysteriously crashes back home with its crew seemingly unharmed, if not for their missing memories. With the help of her therapist Dr. Harper, The Medic, and The Commander, Octavia slowly unlocks her memories of that fateful voyage. As she dreams, Octavia learns how her desires became unravelled aboard the Asteria, and how she and the rest of the crew will be forever changed.
